Shady Nook Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (either an RN or LPN) for our skilled nursing facility in Lawrenceburg, IN.
The Nurse Supervisor will direct the performance of nursing personnel, under the medical direction of the residents attending physician's and the Director of Nursing Services. Our Nurses are United by Compassion, Led by Purpose!

Available Shifts:
- Nurse Supervisor RN/LPN Full-Time Night
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse of this state
- Has supervisory experience in long-term care
- Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
